When I was in high school. It happened by accident, during a grammar class. I was bored and took a piece of paper and a pen. Then, words flew on the page. In minutes, I had written 3 pages of a play. I called it “Romeo & Juliet” (ironically, I was in a French class) but rewrote the whole thing. Then, I gave it to my teacher. She read the thing and said what I was not expecting: “Your dialogue's good but it needs rewrites”. That day, I told my parents I had found my destiny. Their response? “How will you make money?”
Besides writing, what do you love doing?
Listening to music, singing off-key and watching movies and TV shows.
What was the last thing you ate?
Steak. (I often indulge in cheese sandwiches and cookies, though. Too much, according to my family).
When was the last time you laughed so hard your stomach protested, and why?
That was when I decided to have a Monty Python marathon. Laughter galore! (Couldn't go through the 3 movies. Had to stop before something happened).
Tell us something about where you live
I live in Canada, where winter overstays its welcome, where it rains more often than not and where summer is a short as a young woman's skirt….or my attention span during boring conversations.
Tell us a random fact about yourself
I am actually a really, really shy person. Not the witty person I show on social media.
